My husbands ex-girlfriend lives in Vermont and does not work, she has lived with her boyfriend for nearly five years if not longer. I pay child support and now one of my daughters is going to be 18yr and wants nothing to do with me and says her father is her mothers boyfriend. Now when it comes to paying child support she tells the child support agency that she is single and his income is not considered. But now she is not working and he pays for everything and they were engaged in the past just have not gotten married can his income now be considered when the child support is modified? Her mother has signed her out of highschool allowing her basically to drop out, plus she has emailed me and said she is moving away from her mother as soon as turns 18. Right now her mother has not worked for over a year or more we just dont know because they wont tell us anything. Then complain that we dont know them even when we call. As for her working I am suppose to have her work number but she has always refused to follow the court order rules on that.... Read More »
